BioRen Liquid Rennet Classic 80L150 is our classical standard calf rennet with 80% chymosin and an activity of 1:15.000. Recommended for all types of cheese.
This liquid rennet in its special composition - 80% of pure natural calf-chymosin and 20% of pure calf-pepsin is suitable for all types of cheeses in all seasons of the year. Store cool (0-7°C) and dark. The shelf-life is 6 month - after this time the product is not ruined but it is loosing some activity - you will than need more rennet. The needed quantity is about 15 to 25 ml per 100 litres of milk.
