BioRen Liquid Rennet Classic

activity of 1:15.000, 80% chymosin

This natural liquid rennet in its special composition - 80% of pure natural calf-chymosin and 20% of pure calf-pepsin is suitable for all types of cheeses in all seasons of the year.

The dosage quantity is determined by the process parameters (pH, temperature, required coagulation time, enzyme concentration and by the quantity of milk). Dilute it approx. 5-10 times with chlorine free cold water. Store at 0°C to 7°C in a dark place. Preservation: E211, max. 0,5%. Produced according to EU Organic Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007. Approved for the production of organic cheese.


The needed quantity is about 15 to 30 ml per 100 litres of milk.
