Protective Culture Lacobacillus casei LC4P1

This culture protects against clostridia.The protective cultures help to keep the quality of their cheese products at the highest level.

Freeze-dried direct starter culture. The culture addition takes place without any further reproduction in the kettle milk. Preliminary dissolution of the culture in a small container with milk is also possible. 10 UC for 1.000 liter of milk.

The cultures must be stored in the freezer at -18° C. Opened packages should be stored well closed in the freezer and should be used as soon as possible. Shelf life: 12 months. Stored in the refrigerator, the expiration date is reduced by half.

This freeze-dried direct starter protection culture provides protection against Clostridia-related late bloating. Prevents butyric acid fermentation by forming a secondary flora. At high Clostridienwerten or persistent problems, the dosage can also be increased.
